Hamdi Alper Kolukısa has been appointed as the General Directorate of ISTANBUL Electric Tram and Tunnel Operations (IETT).

Hamdi Alper Kolukısa was replaced by Ahmet Bağış as the General Manager of Istanbul Electric Tram and Tunnel Operations (IETT). Resigning from his post on September 4, Bagis said in his resignation statement, "I am leaving the IETT General Directorate with the petition I have given today, hoping that I accepted the understanding of professional management but unfortunately I could not find it."

Who is Hamdi Alper Kolukısa?

Hamdi Alper Kolukısa was born in 1979 in Zile district of Tokat Province. Having graduated from Atatürk University Department of Economics in 2002, Kolukısa graduated with the rank of Lieutenant from the Turkish Military Academy in 2004 by digging the exam opened by the Turkish Armed Forces. He served with the ranks of lieutenant, lieutenant and captain in Kolukısa Gendarmerie General Command. At the end of the 5-year study period in Muğla Provincial Traffic Commission Member, 2014-2019 years in Mugla Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department serving as Kolukısa, the Association of Municipalities of Turkey Transportation Commission membership, Turkey Union of Municipalities, UKOME and Regulatory Commission was doing his Presidency. Kolukısa has a FDI (Top Level Manager) Certificate, which is given by the Ministry of Transport. He is married and has two children. He speaks English.
