Afyon TCDD 7th Regional Director Adem Sivri and his accompanying delegation visited Eğirdir Mayor Veli Gök in his office and made examinations in the district.
While the Mayor of Eğirdir visited Veli Gök in his office, Sivri, the Regional Manager presented the Gift of the Mayor, and the Mayor Veli Gök presented the gift basket consisting of products made from the Egirdir Apple to the delegation. After the visit, the delegation made investigations on the land owned by TCDD. It was discussed that the works of the landscape projects of Historical Station and open areas, which were rented by the municipality, are about to be completed and they will be put into practice in a short time.
In addition, the delegation was completed in the shortest time to complete the painting of the historical locomotive in accordance with the original, and to make it a center of attraction where domestic and foreign tourists can take photographs and relax. It was decided to give the atmosphere of a recreation facility to be used by the guests when the train services started in the coming times.
