Will Mersin Metro be included in the Government's Investment Program?

Lütfi Elvan, Chairman of the Parliamentary Planning and Budget Commission and Mersin Deputy, announced that he will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for inclusion of the Mersin Metro investment program.

There is a new development for the metro which is thought to be the solution to the traffic problem which is one of the problems of Mersin. Chairman of the Parliamentary Plan and Budget Commission and Mersin Deputy Elvan, the subway as soon as possible to be offered to the service of the people of Mersin, Mersin Metro to be included in the investment program for the Presidency Strategy and Budget Presidency said.

Elvan, in his written statement, “We have one goal; and to give works to Mersin. We cannot remain indifferent to the problems of our Mersin brothers. We are putting our hand under the stone for the construction of Mersin Metro which has been spoken for years and ranks first among the expectations of the people of Mersin. In order to include this project in the investment program, we held talks with the Presidency of Strategy and Budget. I will meet with our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to finalize the issue. And I believe that we will give good news to my fellow citizens from Mersin. I will share the results of my meeting with the public in Mersin as soon as possible. ”
