TCDD General Manager Uygun 'TÜDEMSAŞ is Like Meat and Nail with Sivas'

General Director of the Turkish State Railways (TCDD), Ali İhsan Uygun, TCDD 4. Regional Directorate, TÜDEMSAŞ and the Concrete Sleeper Factory found a series of investigations and held meetings with the authorities.
