Decision on the Rapid Expropriation of Some Immovables by the General Directorate of Highways within the Scope of Ankara Niğde Motorway Project (Number of Decisions: 1359) 25 entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated July 2019.
Within the scope of the Anka Niğde Motorway project, the General Directorate of Highways decided to rush expropriation of the immovables announced in the Official Gazette and the process was accelerated by the signing of the decision by President Erdoğan.

The project is expected to proceed much faster with the urgent expropriation decision for Ankara Niğde Motorway, which is of great importance because of the shortening of the transportation time between the two cities.
Ankara Nigde Highway Route
Ankara Niğde Motorway will start from Ankara Gölbaşı district and will end at the junction of Niğde Gölcük.
The remaining part of the highway, which is also part of the Kırkgeçit Tunnel and viaduct group, will be completed with the Build and Operate Transfer model.
With the completion of the highway, people using the connection highway will be able to reach Kırşehir.

Within the scope of the Anka Niğde Motorway Project, the expropriation of the immovables whose locations and island and parcel numbers are listed by the General Directorate of Highways has been decided in accordance with Article 2942 of the Expropriation Law numbered 27.
