Time for 'Academy' at SAMULAŞ

Carrying out public transportation services in Samsun, SAMULAŞ launched SAMULAŞ ACADEMY to increase service quality and citizen satisfaction.

Providing transportation services under Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, Metropolitan Municipality Project Transportation Reconstruction Construction Yat. Singing. ve Tic. Inc. (SAMULAŞ), quality of service and citizens of Turkey had signed an application to set an example in order to increase the overall satisfaction. SAMULAŞ ACADEMY started its activities recently with the aim of 'contributing to the formation of qualified manpower between education and employment'.

QUALITY OF SERVICE, CITIZEN SATISFACTION

In the statement made by SAMULAŞ on the subject, SAMULAŞ, which set out with the slogan of “Quality First”, has made a commitment to continue its efforts to increase service quality and citizen satisfaction without interruption. For this purpose, SAMULAŞ ACADEMY started its activities. First of all, special trainings will be provided with the model of learning by doing for adults, in all matters concerning the drivers carrying out service in the professions of public transportation, rail systems driver ”.

FIRST ”DRIVER 'TRAININGS

The following information was also given in the announcement that the company will serve as the 'Accredited Certification' organization with the ACADEMY and the Turkish Accreditation Institution (TÜRKAK) accreditation, and that it will perform 'Examination and Certification' in the transportation sector:

“SAMULAŞ ACADEMY aims to increase qualified manpower through driver trainings. Our training hall and administrative structure have been completed. Very recently, a team of experts, who are formed from employees within SAMULAŞ, will receive 'Trainer Training'. 5-day training will be carried out with the interactive training method for the participants, 'To teach the basic concepts, principles and teaching methods of education, to acquire educational skills, to determine the basic principles of adult education and to develop educational qualifications'.

TRAININGS IN REGULAR PERIODS

In this training, in order to increase the quality of service and to support institutional development, training will be provided with a learning model. Participants will have the knowledge and skills to develop training programs and curriculum development, and all drivers will be subject to regular training on an annual basis with the course content prepared. The training activity, measurement and evaluation system has also been prepared and the system will be developed in continuous development with renewal needs and new trainings.
