Construction of Underpass for Irmak-Zonguldak Railway Line Km 2 + 2019 with the limit value of 256903/3.231.843,10 KIK of the Republic of Turkey State Railways Management 4.544.766,99nd Region Purchasing Service Directorate (TCDD) and the approximate cost of TL 275 278 companies submitted bids for their tender and ELSUY CONSTRUCTION - SEVTAP BAYRAMCAN won a joint venture with an offer of 30 TL. 3.231.843,10 firms participating in the tender submitted under the limit value.

The tender covers the construction of ferroconcrete (with X 2073,88 / 3 Ready-Mixed Concrete Mortar) in bridges in dry or in water at all doses and other works on 30 m37 bridges. The duration of the work is 300 (three hundred) calendar days from the place delivery.
