Karsan's electric minibus Jest Electric started to serve on European roads. It was announced that the vehicle was first delivered to France, Germany, Romania, Portugal and Slovakia. Karsan Jest Electric, the first product of Karsan's supply agreement with BMW for electric motor vehicles, went on European roads. Since its launch, Jest Electric has been welcomed by many European countries and started to serve France, Germany, Romania, Portugal and Slovakia on the first deliveries. Karsan, the domestic producer, has received a total of 35 Jest Electric orders from many countries including France, Portugal, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Greece, Italy and Germany. 20 of these orders were produced and exported in Karsan's Bursa plant.

At Jest Electric, the BMW-produced electric motor cooperates with the single-rate gearbox, while producing 170 HP power and 290 Nm torque. With the 44 and 88 kW-hour batteries developed by BMW, Jest Electric offers a range of up to 210 km.
