Social Cooperatives Training and Promotion Train in Adana

Social Cooperatives Training and Promotion Train, which started out from Istanbul within the scope of the project developed by the Ministry of Commerce, General Directorate of Tradesmen, Artisans and Cooperatives to raise awareness about the social cooperative model, has arrived in Adana. After the welcoming ceremony at Adana Train Station, which was held with the speeches of Adana Governor Mahmut DEMİRTAŞ, Deputy General Manager of the Ministry of Commerce Tradesmen, Craftsmen and Cooperatives Ekrem Alper BOZKURT and Adana EK Provincial Manager Adnan EKİZ, the information meeting was hosted by Çukurova Development Agency.

Çukurova Development Agency Secretary General Lütfi ALTINSU and Deputy General Manager of Tradesmen, Craftsmen and Cooperatives Ekrem Alper BOZKURT made the opening speeches of the information meeting attended by relevant non-governmental organizations and cooperatives. Valuable shares were made in the meeting with the presentation of Social Specialist Gökçen Mert KORKMAZ on social cooperative and continued with the presentation of TARİŞ Olive and Olive Oil Association Deputy General Manager Hakkı ÇETİN. The meeting ended after citizens visited the cooperative stands.

Social cooperatives inspiring interviews were held with students at Çukurova University. Needs Map representative Yağmur TAŞDEMİR and Trade Specialist Gökçen Mert KORKMAZ made presentations in the interview and then the interview ended with a question and answer session.
