With the order numbered 10, April 1921, 241, the Zabitan Şömendifer course was opened in the Kagithane buildings of the Kagithane-Karadeniz Field Line Command. The first phase of the course was completed between May 1, 1921 and October 31, 1921. The second half began on December 15.
