Deputy Secretary General of BAKKA Elif Acar visited TCDD Passenger and Transport Department Head Erol Arslan and Deputy Head of Vehicle Maintenance Seyhmus Oktar together with Strategy Development and Programming Unit Head Mehmet Çetinkaya and Agency Expert Kadir Kağan İnanoğlu.
