Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Public Relations Department has renewed the mobile application lard IMM White Table İliş, which attracted great interest from citizens, and made it more useful. The new version of the application, which has made many improvements, continues to provide 7 / 24 seamless, fast and easy access to IMM's services.
Citizens; through application, transportation, infrastructure, zoning, health, social municipality, especially in all areas of the IMM can apply for service.
The information, opinions, suggestions and requests received through the new mobile görüş İBB Beyaz Masa ”, which are made available for Istanbulis, are processed immediately. Citizens can easily learn about all stages of their application.
With the renewed application, citizens who want to apply to the White Table can quickly complete membership transactions by following a few simple steps. Users who have registered to the system with their TR Identity Number, Name - Surname, and Mail information activate the application by typing the password sent to their mobile phones via SMS;
If you want to make a new application via the White Desk application, the user wants to send a message to the message area and click the "Complete Application" button is sufficient. Photos, video or audio recordings can also be added to the system. In the new mobile application, details of past applications can also be seen. Citizens can create and archive drafts before sending their messages to the White Table. The draft message can be sent to the White Table on the requested date.
