Vedat Üçpınar, Deputy Secretary General, received the award from Selim Dursun, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, on behalf of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, at the award ceremony held at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Information Technologies and Communication Authority.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Cahit Turhan stated that a new category of transportation has emerged with the participation of communication in all types and stages of transportation, and said, “This new category, which we call 'smart transportation' briefly, can be summarized as 'IT supported transportation', It has become one of the indispensable ”he said.
