With the surveys conducted by the Nova & Comet organization, customer satisfaction rates of metro companies from various countries of the world are compared. You will help shape the improvements to be made in the service quality of Metro Istanbul with your answers to the questionnaire, which you can participate between 18 March and 14 April 2019.
