Uludağ Ski Festival, which constitutes one leg of the Metropolitan School Sports Activity (BOSE) organized by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality in cooperation with the Provincial Directorate of National Education, brings together children and children who never see Uludağ, despite their lives in Bursa.

The Uludağ Ski Festival, which was initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality with the aim of knowing all of the children living in the 17 district of Bursa with the aim of knowing Uludağ and learning the sport of skiing, continues with an intensive participation. Within the scope of the project, it was aimed to bring about a thousand students and teachers to Uludag, Tepecik Şehit Ali Üzel Middle School from Mustafakemalpaşa and 40 students and 5 teachers from İbni Sina Special Education School were sent off to Uludağ by the Mayor Alinur Aktaş. Coming together with the students at the cable car station, President Aktas convinced the children that they had never been to the ropeway until the day they were convinced that there was nothing to fear. Students commemorating the day with the President Aktaş souvenir photo, then the cable car came out in Uludag.

Meet with Winter Sports

Mayor Alinur Aktas from the project, living in Bursa, but never had a ride to the ropeway, the opportunity to see the Uludag reminded me of children who did not get the opportunity. In this way, President Aktaş stated that these children will have the opportunity to meet with the winter sports.
