İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, completed the project work for the municipality service building and bus terminal that it initiated for Çeşme. The buildings sharing the same courtyard will be filled with their designs.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which is one of Turkey's world-famous tourist destination in the fountain, architecture and municipal services building will be set up to great acclaim with the hardware and the bus station. The project, which is prepared both visually and functionally considering the tourist density of the district, will be implemented in the square area of 4 bin 500.
Two in one
Çeşme Municipality Service Building and Bus Terminal project, which will meet all the needs of the citizens, will be realized on the land belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality in Musalla Neighborhood. 10 ticket office, 19 intercity bus and 9 minibus to meet the transportation needs of the terminal building terminal, qualified and spacious waiting areas, cafes, buffet market, such as social-commerce elements and approximately 40 outdoor parking garage facilities will perform an important function. In the Municipal Service Building, administrative units of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and İZSU units, teller and subscriber departments will take place.
