REGULATION ON CHANGES IN THE RAILWAY TRAINING AND EXAM CENTER REGULATIONS
Article 1 - 31 of 12 / 2016 / 29935 Regulation on Rail Training and Exam Center published in the Official Gazette No. 2 has been amended as follows.
Bu ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Regulation; 10 / 7 / 2018 30474 No. 1 published on the Presidency of the Presidency of the Presidential Decree 478 of the first paragraph of the article (a) and d.
ARTICLE 2 - Subparagraphs (a) and (b) of the first clause of the 3 of the same Regulation are amended as follows.
Bakan a) Minister: The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure,
b) Ministry: Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Bakanlık
ARTICLE 3 - The phrase ”five“ in paragraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 13 of the same Regulation shall be changed to meli three “and“ on ün in paragraph (b) of the same paragraph shall be changed to X five MADDE.
ARTICLE 4 - The phrase ”five“ in paragraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 14 of the same Regulation shall be changed to meli three “and“ on ün in paragraph (b) of the same paragraph shall be changed to X five MADDE.
ARTICLE 5 - Article 19 of the same Regulation is amended as follows.
. ARTICLE 19 - (1) The provisions of this Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure. “
ARTICLE 6 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 7 - The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure.
