The Bridge Penalties will be deleted according to the Law on the Amendment of the Road Traffic Law and Certain Laws, which was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Collections made before the effective date of the item will be rejected and returned until March 28, 2019, if applied until February 29, 2019.
Within the scope of the regulation, approximately 26 million lira penalty collected with 744 notifications will be returned. In addition, the fines included in the Highway Traffic Law will not be increased in 20, and the revaluation rate will not be applied to the fines.
