Stating that there are 2 parts of the project, Yılmazer said, “We have signed the building license of our Sapanca Cable Car Project today. The sub-station building in Kırkpınar Hasanpaşa Mahallesi will consist of ground floor +1 floor. This building has a floor area of approximately 600 square meters and will include boarding-landing platform, administrative offices, management offices and masjid, toilet, kiosks and technical areas. There will be transportation by escalator and elevator between the floors and there will also be 2 fire escape. In the sub-station area, the residence area of the building is designed as a completely green area. Besides, there will be a parking lot under the green area.
The upper station building will be at Mahmudiye İncebel location. The building, which will have a floor area of approximately 810 square meters, will include boarding landing platform, cable car cabin garage, technical, warehouse and buffet areas. The station building here will consist of basement and ground floor. ”
Yılmazer stated that all the details are considered in order to prevent damage to the environment and nature while preparing the project, he said:
“1500 carriers will be erected on the 6 meter line, except for the station exit poles. The height of the poles is designed to be the highest mast, 47 meters, so that the trees do not cut down in the area where the line passes. The facility will install its own transformer and receive energy from the medium voltage line. In no way will it have a negative impact on city grid electricity. There will be a generator at the upper station that will meet the needs of the whole facility in order to avoid problems in power cuts. The cable car wagons will be completely transparent and will be illuminated with LED light thanks to the solar energy panels inside. We think that it will add a beautiful silhouette to the city with its transparency during the day and illumination at night. Parking lots were planned to avoid any problems in terms of traffic. Roadsides and other areas will be controlled by our municipality. ”
