The clause of the "mini-bag law" proposal submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly by the Justice and Development Party (AKP) was adopted, bringing amnesty to bridge and highway fines.
The article regulating not to increase the penalties included in the Highway Traffic Law in 2019 and to apply the revaluation rate to the fines was accepted after the negotiations.
