CHP İzmir Deputy Kani Beko brought the IZBAN strike to the agenda in his speech at the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Beko said, “The strike will not be the winner. Half of the workers work below the hunger line, half below the poverty line. I invite the Minister of Transport to the office. ”

CHP İzmir Deputy Kani Beko brought the strike, which entered the fourth day in İZBAN, to the agenda in a speech made by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

Saying, "I invite the Minister of Transport to the task," said Beko. For this reason, workers working in İZBAN, which is the biggest public transportation vehicle in Izmir, went on strike. The strike will not be the winner. ”

Noting that while half of the workers are working under the hunger limit and half of them are under the poverty line, Beko stated that the economic, democratic, political, social and trade union demands of the workers should be fulfilled as soon as possible, “Nearly 500 thousand people per day cannot return to work when they leave their houses in the morning. Hundreds of our students have difficulty going to school. Likewise, patients cannot go to the hospital, moreover, we are in the coldest days of winter, especially for the elderly and patients, this is not acceptable. This situation should be resolved. ”
