Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality was deemed worthy of an award in the Transist 11th Istanbul Transportation Congress and Fair with the Tour Editor Project in the fields of “Travel formats, travel times, informing the passenger with the applications to be used, systems that will increase the use of technology in public transportation”. In the congress, in which the Metropolitan Mayors and their administrations showed intense participation, the Council Member Ahmet Kaytan received the award on behalf of the Metropolitan Mayor Nihat Çiftçi.
Making a brief evaluation after the program, Assembly Member Kaytan said, “Our Metropolitan Municipality, which is in an effort to provide the best service to our people in Şanlıurfa, continues on its way as an example in the field of transportation.
