Grand National Assembly of Turkey (Parliament), organized by the Turkish Language Speaking Countries Parliamentary Assembly (Banner Alaný A) 8th General Assembly was held in Izmir yesterday.
Speaking at the conference titled “The first 10 years of TURKPA and the future of inter-parliamentary cooperation: New approaches to cooperation”, Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Binali Yıldırım called for unity and unity to the countries that came together in the assembly.
“The fate of our states depends on each other. We are in the most prosperous period in Turkish history. We have never had the opportunity to be this close in our history. We are writing history together. As the sons of the nation that has established great states and civilizations in history, we build the future with confidence. If we are one, we will be alive, we will be brothers and we will build the future together ”.
Yıldırım said, “We have a goal of connecting İzmir to the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line in the near future. Once connected, Izmir Port will now be able to serve Central Asia as well. Today we celebrate the 10th anniversary of TURKPA. Celebrating the establishment of unions that we could never even imagine brings with it indescribable feelings.” – morning
