In-service trainings are being carried out by the General Directorate of EGO to increase the motivation of the personnel, to provide better service to the citizens and to increase the competencies of the personnel within the framework of their work.
Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Assoc. Dr. Supported and promoted by Mustafa TUNA and EGO General Manager Balamir GÜNDOĞDU, institutional capacity trainings allow personnel to provide faster, better quality and more efficient service.
With the support of the Association of Municipalities of Turkey, "Municipal Academy" scope, Motivation and Team Work for EGO service personnel in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, are given training on safe and healthy cleaning applications. Two semesters of training will be given 1. Period 05-08 November 2018, 2. Period 12-15 will be held in November in Nevşehir.
Within the scope of education Dr. Ünsal SIĞRI will discuss the development of manager-personnel relations, occupational health and safety concept, occupational health and safety unit audits and obligations, workplace arrangement and order, safe and healthy cleaning practices.
