Some Roads Will Be Closed To Traffic Due To The 40th Istanbul Marathon

Vodafone 11 to be organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality affiliate Spor Istanbul on the theme Kasım Run to Healthy Tomorrow Istanbul ıyla on November, 40. Some of the roads in Istanbul Marathon will be temporarily closed to traffic.

• The route routes and all routes to these routes will be closed to traffic between 05.00 and 14.30 on the morning of the race.
• Participants will be able to benefit from IETTs, subways, light metros, trams, sea buses and ferryboats by showing their chest numbers.
• Buses that will carry marathon (42 km), 15 km and 10 km athletes on the race morning will move between Taksim and Sultanahmet Square between 07.00 and 07.30.
• Buses to move public run athletes to the starting point will be moving between Mecidiyeköy and 07.30 - 08.20.
The race will be held on the Anatolian Side side of the July 15 Martyrs Bridge at 08.45 in the morning, and the races of the races that will take place at 15 main intervals in 4 main calogues will be given. In the Vodafone Istanbul Marathon, the marathon (42,195 km) will end in Sultanahmet, the 15 km run in Yenikapı, the 10 km run in Eminönü and the People's Run (8 km) in Vodafone Park.
