İsmail Koncuk asked why the Adana city light rail transportation system was not taken over by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure although the metro lines which are under construction in İstanbul, Ankara, Erzincan, Erzurum and Antalya provinces were taken over by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
