Between Brunei Air Transport Agreement has been signed with Turkey

An “Air Transportation Agreement” was signed between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Communication of Brunei.

A signing ceremony was held in Grand Tarabya after a bilateral meeting between the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Cahit Turhan and Brunei Communications Minister Abdul Mutalib Yusuf.

Turhan Speaking at the ceremony, today, together with Brunei and Turkey said they are closer to the signing of the Agreement on Air Transportation.

Turhan said, “With the signing of this agreement, which was initialed in 2015, today, our civil aviation relations with Brunei will have a legal basis. This agreement will correct many issues related to civil aviation between the two countries, such as traffic rights, flight capacity, flight safety and fare tariffs. ” he spoke.

Expressing that they will further increase relations between countries in the coming period, Turhan added that they discussed what they can do to improve bilateral relations in their talks before the signing ceremony.

Guest Minister Yusuf will participate in the opening of the new airport in Istanbul tomorrow, to be in Turkey and reported that they were pleased with the interest shown to them.
