Before the project, the number of trains with 20 will be increased to 30, which will result in an increase in line capacity of 50. In September, 2015 was completed in modernization works in Samsun-Sivas railway line which was closed to railway traffic. Test runs on the tracks laid on the line. Railway workers conduct test runs at night when traffic is available.
