Cahit Turhan, who was appointed as the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, made statements at the handover ceremony regarding the accident that came to the vicinity of Çorlu district of Tekirdağ and 24 citizens died.

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Cahit Turhan, in his assessment of the train accident in Çorlu, said, “Such accidents happen in the transportation sector from time to time. As the Ministry, which determines the rules both with the facility, the vehicles and the users, we will do what needs to be done in this regard. It is not enough to make the service infrastructure, it is as important to make the operating rules during the use of this service. ” said.
