Because my job is shift. The morning shift starts at 05.00 and ends at 14.00. I studied in formal education. I attended evening classes when I worked in the morning and morning classes when I worked in the evening. In this way, I completed my education. I had a very busy period. The chapter is very difficult and requires attention. I finished with work and effort. During this time, I was even pregnant, I gave birth, but despite this, I did not disrupt both my job and my school. ”

Saying that machinism is a difficult profession, Arıkan said, “I love my job. First, those who saw a female mechanic driving the tram were very surprised. 'How can a lady drive this?' Arıkan stated that he is a person who does not like to stay idle and said, “I wanted to improve myself in the field of construction as well. Everything is perseverance and work. Now I am both a mechanic, a teacher, a civil engineer, and most importantly, I am the mother of 2 children. ”
