The residents of İzmir who used the Seferihisar-Üçkuyular Pier line, where the application started, got used to the new system quickly.
Aiming to make public transportation more attractive for İzmir residents who travel short distances, İzmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate commissioned the “pilot application” that will allow passengers of the Seferihisar-Üçkuyular Pier line numbered 985 to pay as much as they go. On trips where the district tariff is valid and a fee of 5 lira is charged for full passengers, passengers now travel "cheaper" by taking back the fare of the distance they do not travel.
Despite the fact that the application was only the first days, the passengers of the pilot line were easily adapted to the new system. The Seferihisar-Sığacık line with the number 640 started to serve and provided transportation services to the Sığacık area all day.
