AKM-Kızılay Metro Line Works Continues Full Gas

Atatürk Culture Center (AKM) -Gar-Adliye-Kızılay connection line, which is taken over from Ankara Metropolitan Municipality by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, continues to work in full line.

According to the information received from the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, the AKM-Red Crescent Line Construction and Electromechanical Systems Procurement, Installation and Commissioning Works Project took over after the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

Studies on the linking of the AKM-Kızılay Metro project from AKM Station to Kızılay via Ankara YHT Station have come to an end. The project consists of 3,3 stations with a length of 3 kilometers. The contract of the project was signed on December 4, 2017, and the site was delivered on December 5, 2017. The tender price of the giant project is 639 million 301 thousand TL. The project will be completed on December 5, 2020.
