The said pieces, which are currently imported for one thousand three hundred and twenty euros, were made for eight hundred and eighty lira by the Çorum-based Kızılırmak Döküm A.Ş. Thus, another success of domestic engineers will raise national capital.
Thirty-six orders were already placed on Italian trains for the brake discs produced by the Samuel side. Thus, a savings of two hundred thousand pounds was provided. Brake discs, which will be produced for China-made trains in the coming days, will also strengthen domestic production. Commenting on the subject, Samulaş Maintenance and Repair Manager Ziya Kalafat stated that they had undergone renovation works for hydraulic brake systems for a total of sixteen Italian traumas and in this sense, three hundred twenty euros were paid to each piece supplied from the original manufacturers. Kalafat, domestic equipment and the way they are looking to produce the parts in question and they are successful in this sense, he said.
SAMULAŞ Maintenance and Repair Manager Mechanical Engineer Ziya Kalafat stated that a private company operating in Çorum can produce parts of one thousand three hundred and twenty euros up to eight hundred and eighty lira and that they have accelerated their efforts for domestic production from now on. Kalafat announced that both the delivery was made in a shorter time and the national capital remained in the country.
