A loan agreement of 150 million was signed between the Undersecretariat of Treasury and the European Investment Bank for financing the sub-project within the scope of the Marmaray Project.

Yatırım Gebze-Haydarpaşa, Sirkeci- within the scope of the Marmaray Project carried out by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, General Directorate of Infrastructure InvestmentsHalkalı The Loan Agreement for the provision of additional financing amounting to Euro 150 for the partial financing of the Suburban Lines Improvement and Electromechanical Systems sub-project was signed on the date of 01.03.2018 between the Undersecretariat of Treasury and the European Investment Bank.
