Minister Özlü also gave information about the work to be carried out in Kars, saying, “The Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) in Kars needs to be developed and expanded, we have determined an area of ​​approximately 104 hectares, we have determined the area to be developed, the expropriation of these areas will be completed in 2018.
