State Railways of the Republic of Turkey's most prestigious expedition is a wonderful welcome ceremony was held in Erzurum to passengers traveling on the Orient Express.
Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mehmet Sekmen met the train passengers at Erzurum Station and introduced the city to the citizens. The Erzurum Folk Dance team and the passengers who were welcomed with the Mehteran Company were extremely happy with the interest shown. President Sekmen has expressed all aspects of the city of civilization without considering the limited time for the passengers who have the opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient cities of Anatolia in the train journey, where the citizens of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications have shown great interest.
President Sekmen also presented the passengers with tourist materials describing the city along with the festivities and treats consisting of the products in the kitchen of the city.
