Public transport fees have been increased in Moscow, the capital of Russia, as of January 2, 2018. The raise rates, which were stated to be adjusted according to inflation, did not exceed 3,8 percent.
Alina Bisembaeva, deputy head of the Moscow Department of Transportation, made a statement to the press on the issue.
In addition, PayPass, PayWay, Apple share and non-contact payment prices on the Android share and student cards were also not given a raise.
Troika, metro, tram, trolleybus and bus payments were upgraded from 35 ruble, 36 rubles (0,62 dollar).
