Minister Özhaseki, who explained that the high-speed train project that Kayseri was waiting for a while at the meeting, is at the completion stage, that the tender of the project will be completed in the coming days and the details of the tender will be completed in the middle of this year. Expressing that the construction works of the high speed train line are planned to start in the middle of this year, Minister Özhaseki said, “The section up to Yerköy ends in 3 years. The construction of the section after Yerköy is currently underway. When this project is completed after 3 years, our citizen will easily take the train from the old station building in Kayseri and be in Ankara in 1.5 hours. High speed train and other lines will continue to come there. Our citizen will continue to travel to Kayseri, Istanbul, or other destinations, if necessary, by walking up to the station station in Kayseri. ”
