The tender process of the project, which is located in Beydağları Beach National Park and known to the public as Tünek Tepe Project, has started.
The tender announcement of the Tünektepe Project, one of the projects that will add value to Antalya, was published in today's official Gazette. The scope of the tender was described as follows: The construction of the structures and facilities envisaged in the project and the operation of the area arrangements, including the construction-construction period, for 29 (twenty-nine) years and the cable car subdivision in Çakırlar series 48, Kemer Series 1, 2, 3 divisions. The operation of the cable car facility consisting of the upper station location and the cable car line for 29 (twenty nine) years, the operation of the place consisting of 6 m2 buffet, 24 m2 shady and 1.000 m2 sunbed area on the Konyaaltı beach, transferring all these enterprises and facilities to Antalya Metropolitan Municipality free of charge at the end of the term. According to Article 2886 / a of the State Tender Law No. 35, it will be tendered by the Closed Bid Procedure.
