"Ankarakart" crisis took place yesterday morning in Ankara. Citizens who wanted to refill their cards encountered a malfunction. Long queues occurred due to the malfunction. The private company operating the Ankarakart provided free boarding to the Metro, Ankaray and EGO buses for Başkent residents who do not have sufficient balance on their cards.
The problem was experienced due to a computer-based systematic failure.
