Considering that there are approximately 500 million disabled siblings in the world and 8 million 500 thousand in our country, it is a fact that not only the state, but also individually, everyone has a duty and responsibility.
TCDD Lojistik AŞ is one of the most sensitive organizations in terms of employing disabled people with equal access to transportation services, which is the most basic need.
Under the leadership of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, we aim to facilitate the life of our disabled brothers with the aim of ğı unobstructed transportation and communication iletişim, and we work hard to minimize the difficulties they face. In this context;
About three million of our high-speed and conventional trains have been transported free of charge to millions of people with disabilities in urban public transport.
We enable our disabled passengers to get tickets from the call center via video communication or staff who know the sign language from the toll booths.
For the first time in the world, we are working on uploading the audio book content that only visually impaired passengers can access to our YHT Entertainment System.
