Within the scope of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was completed by the General Managers of the two railway undertakings, which included a number of chapters, including the existing railway facilities, the production and supply of towing vehicles and the supply of materials, vehicles and equipment for the maintenance of lines and training of technical personnel.
The said Memorandum of Understanding will be signed by the two Ministries of Transport in the 27 on December 2017. During the negotiations, it was also agreed to establish Committees in the areas to be cooperated and to start working on these committees as soon as possible.
