Topbaş's project Havaray was canceled

Sefaköy-Başakşehir Havaray project was canceled. Havaray subway and light rail system will be implemented.

The Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mevlüt Uysal announced that Kadir Topbaş's Sefaköy-Başakşehir Havaray System was canceled after he was asked to resign by President Tayyip Erdoğan and that the subway and light rail system would be implemented instead.

Uysal announced that the Sefaköy-Başakşehir Havaray System was canceled in Istanbul. The statement came from Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Mevlüt Uysal. “The metro and light rail system will be implemented instead of this system,” said Uysal.
