Sultanbeyli has received great investments in transportation in the last period. Access to the district became easier with the opening of TEM access roads. Then, as a result of the negotiations with IETT, direct transportation lines were established from TEM to the district. In addition to the transportation investments made by IETT, steps were taken for metro projects with the initiatives of Mayor Hüseyin Keskin. At the first stage, the studies for the Sultanbeyli Metro, which will be integrated into Üsküdar-Çekmeköy- Sancaktepe Metro, have been initiated. For the metro line, which is 11 kilometers long, 2 stops are planned in Sultanbeyli. Works continue at the points where the stops are located. On the other hand Kadıköy - Ataşehir - Sancaktepe - Sultanbeyli Metro Line and the works for the creation of Sultanbeyli-Kurtköy Metro line are also ongoing.
