Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz visited companies operating in the Organized Industrial Zone and contributing greatly to the economy of Samsun.
Metropolitan Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz, who visited the Seral Home & Hotel Textile Production Factory and SAMPA Automotive Industry Facilities, which was founded in the 1920s, received information about the operation of the factories from the company officials.
Stating that he is grateful to everyone who works to bring Samsun to the top in commercial, touristic and economic areas, Mayor Yılmaz said, “The two companies we visited today took responsibility for the development of Samsun and provided employment for hundreds of people. We will remove the obstacles in front of everyone who strives to maintain and improve the economic stability of our Samsun. We have many sample companies like these in our Organized Industrial Zone. In the coming days, we will visit them and get information about their organizations and listen to their problems, if any. We also have great efforts to contribute to the urban economy. The closest example of this is Samsun Logistics Center, which we will complete until the new year. This center will fill a major deficiency of Samsun, even the region, and will make a great contribution to the economy. Our work is Samsun. "We work day and night with all our units for the development of our Samsun and to leave a beautiful Samsun to our offspring."
Samsun Metropolitan Deputy Mayor Turan Çakır, Secretary General Coşkun Öncel, AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Nihat Soğuk and SAMULAŞ General Manager Kadir Gürkan attended the inspection visits of Mayor Yılmaz in the OIZ.
