There will be 35 tunnels with a total length of 43 kilometers between Polatlı and İzmir, 22 viaducts with a length of 56 kilometers, 100 million cubic meters of excavation and 50 million cubic meters of filling. When the project is completed, the journey between Ankara and Izmir, which takes 14 hours, will decrease to 3,5 hours. 25% progress has been achieved even from Polatlı to İzmir.
