In addition to the closed area, the project also includes a 760 meter long shopping street.
HAVARAY IS COMING
One of the remarkable features of the project is the havaray connection. Stating that the shopping center opened on September 14 has reached 75 percent occupancy, Çetinsaya said, “There is a transformation from a serious factory in the Ayazağa region. In our project, there are more than 40 thousand population. Therefore, there was a need for a shopping center. I don't think there will be a need after that. Considering the new housing projects in the surrounding, we are targeting 1.5 million visitors per month. ”
