IMM Assembly and Basaksehir Municipal Council CHP Member Zeynel Yilmaz read 2 written questions prepared by him at the IMM council meeting. Brought İSPARK to Florya Metrobüs station, rented to private company, difficulties of transportation for disabled citizens and lack of disabled ramps in Yenikapı Metro station and brought questions to the Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and asked the problems to be solved.

The ISPARK area in front of the Migros and McDonalds across the E-5 Florya Metrobus Stop in Bakirkoy District has been closed by the public by Gulsoy Otomotiv. When we asked, the employee of the Gülsoy company there said that it was rented from İSPARK, so private cars are not allowed to park. It is worth asking the following questions on complaints from citizens living in the area and using the car park;
Are ISPARKs from 1- IMM affiliates leased?
2- If it is rented, by which method (through tender or monthly return)?
3- If it is leased to the mentioned company, on what date and how much is it leased?
4- 3 throughout Istanbul. Is there a SPARK leased to individuals or companies?
5- What, if any? How many TL have they been rented out?
6- If any citizen wants to rent a ISP, will it be rented?
7- Under what conditions will it be given? We respectfully submit the referral of the motion to the presidency to answer the above questions.

Subject: Difficulties in transportation of disabled citizens and the lack of Yenikapı Metro station and disabled ramp
Law 5378 regulates the principles of accessibility that our disabled citizens can travel comfortably. Within this scope, there are no ramps in which most of the disabled citizens can travel comfortably in most of the metro, metrobus and sea bus terminals of the Public Transportation Channels in Istanbul. For example, there is no disabled ramp for the transition from Yenikapi Metro to Deniz Bus pier. In this context;
1- Is there any work of our metropolitan municipality in order to eliminate this disadvantage of our disabled citizens?
2- How many ramps are there for disabled people benefiting from IMM or private sector ports?
3- Istanbul How many of the public transport vehicles have disabled buses?
4- Are there any solutions for unsuitable buses?
