Erzurum Railway Systems Thematic Vocational High School

TGNA Public Works, Reconstruction, Transport and Tourism Commission SözcüSü and AK Party Erzurum Deputy Mustafa Ilıcalı stated that it was decided to open the rail systems thematic vocational high school in Erzurum, which aims to train qualified personnel for railway transportation.

In his written statement, Ilıcalı emphasized that more attention should be paid to traffic rules with the opening of schools in the new school year.

Stating that the “rail systems thematic vocational high school” will be opened in Erzurum, Ilıcalı said:

“Within the scope of the thematic high schools project implemented by the Ministry of National Education throughout the country, it has been decided to open the rail systems thematic vocational high school in Erzurum as a result of our initiatives, aiming to train qualified personnel for railway transportation, which is one of the most important components of the transportation sector. Likewise, in the 2026 Winter Olympics candidate city Erzurum, it is planned to open a sports vocational high school to strengthen our sports infrastructure and raise successful athletes. I would like to thank the Undersecretary of the Ministry of National Education, Mr. Yusuf Tekin, who took our demands for the opening of vocational high schools that can lead to sectoral development, and initiated the necessary procedures, and the Board of Directors of the Association of Railway Vocational School for their support. ”
