The fact that 25 out of 3 box offices were working in order to buy tickets at the newly built train station in Ankara left the passengers in a difficult situation. Especially train passengers, who have little time to move, reacted to TCDD officials because of the risk of missing the train.
Due to the widespread use of high-speed trains and being the center of Ankara's high-speed train network, there are 25 toll booths for passengers at the Ankara YHT Station, and toll-counters are available for convenience at toll booths. they did not show sensitivity to taking measures to eliminate grievances.
